Well what to add to the previous admiration? Lovely! Was it an advanced piece or could a beginner attempt this?
I thought it would be hard but it's mainly doubles and chains so quite straightforward x
Very pretty. I love that style of bag for shopping. Can just imagine it full of fruit and veg.
I used to follow you with google reader is it possible to follow by e-mail?
Hi Beth you could click on the Bloglovin icon which works like google reader - hope that helps x
I love the colors. Did you post the pattern before, or is it something you made as you go, like I do sometimes.
The pattern is from a book called Granny Chic but I have changed the top a little (more details about the book in the earlier post) x
Your bag looks perfect. I'm sure you are going to enjoy using it.
Oooh this is lovely. I've just finished a bag but it was very straightforward double crochet - yours is much more fancy! Well done x Jane

looks like a fantastic summer bag! thanks for sharing on craft schooling sunday!
Nice bag, lovely blog !Thank your for your visit !Have a great week !Anna
Amazing colors!!! Quick ques! do u think those handles strong enough to hold heavy stuffs? No offense meant :)
The yarn is cotton and is very strong also the handles are just a continuation of the round - I just followed my doubles with a long chain and then reattached on the other side of the bag and then crochet back and forward on the new chain. Not sure if this makes sense but I didn't need to sew the straps on they were just incorporated into the crochet - so didn't have any joins or stitches which is where the weakness can be. So hope it will be very strongSue x
Love those colours, such a great combination. The bag looks great, I could see myself carrying that to the market. Thanks for your comment on my blog, that icing syringe is pretty cool, isn't it? Have a lovely evening xo
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave me a comment. I read them all and always try to get back to you x
